Perlick Glycol Unit Control Replacement

Elliwel Control Replacement
Male spade connectors and addition leg wire will connect to original wires accept addition leg wire will need to be connected to hot leg terminal block.
Terminal 3 (Hot Leg) on the Elliwel will connect to terminal 1.
Terminal 2 (Condensing Unit Switch) will connect to terminal 2.
Terminal 4 (Neutral) will connect to terminal 4.
Using factory probe is not recommended they seem to be of poor quality.
Terminal 3 on the RC-DTC-HC-30A will need to be connected to hot leg terminal block.
Adjust Settings as needed

Dixel Control Conversion
The Dixel control has the same terminals getting connected as the RC-DTC-HC-30A control, Male 1/4 spade connectors will connect to original wires.
Hot leg will connect to 4 and 7 On the Dixel control and will connect to 1 and 3 on the RC-DTC-HC-30A.
Red wire that goes to the condensing unit switch on terminal 5 will connect to 2.
Neutral on terminal 5 will connect to 3.
Ports 7/8 will not work with Perlick factory original probe without adjusting settings in control.
Adjust Settings as needed

Recommended Settings on RC-DTC-HC-30A
Place the probe into the top of the bath and down into the liquid.
Adjust control to 28F-30F.
The differential can also be adjusted down to 3 from 5 if bath temp. ranges to greatly.
