Return Merchandise Policy

Authorization Requirement

Prior to the return of any merchandise, an official Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) must be obtained. Merchandise sent back without such authorization will be subject to refusal upon delivery.

Custom Orders

Customized orders cannot be cancelled subsequent to a period of seven (7) working days following order confirmation. Additionally, custom orders are not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Restocking Fee

An authorized return of merchandise will incur a handling and restocking fee amounting to 20% of the product's price. The minimum restocking fee charged will be $10.00.

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number

To ensure appropriate processing of credits, the RMA number must be clearly indicated on the returning packages. Failure to comply may result in a delay of credit issuance or refusal of the return.

Shipping of Returns

All returns must be dispatched with shipping charges prepaid by the sender. Our company will not accept any returns shipped with postage due or COD terms.

Electrical Components

Electrical components are excluded from our return policy and cannot be returned once purchased.
